Mango and Passion Fruit Boba Tea

 

Total time: 60minutes

Ingredients: for 2 serving

Popping Boba: 100gr

Jasmine tea:

6 cups of water (1500ml)

17gr of Jasmine tea and 8gr of Ceylon

Fruit Flavour:  

70ml Mango syrup

70ml Passionfruit syrup

Assembly:

3 cups ice

Fresh mango, cubes

Preparation:

  1. Make the black tea: In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water and tea. Bring to a boil, brew the tea for 20 minutes then remove the pan from the heat and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  2. Assemble the fruit tea: 250ml of tea + 35ml Mango syrup + 35ml Passionfruit syrup + ice. Put in shaking machine, shake for 40 seconds, pour in a cup, add fresh mango.
  3. Enjoy!
