Boba Milk Tea Recipe

Total time: 60minutes

Ingredients: for 2 serving

Boba Pearl: 100gr (each size you want) + 700ml water

Black tea:

2 cups of water (500ml)

25gr of Assam Black tea

Milk mixture:

100g Non dairy cream

50ml sweetened condensed milk

Assembly:

3 cups ice

Caramel syrup: 80ml

Preparation:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Keep boiling for 5 minutes. Shake off any excess flour from the tapioca pearls, stir water in a circle and then add to the boiling water, stir water and bubbles together in a circle. Wait until the water boils again and turn the heat down to low. Leave for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and cover with lid. Leave for 15 minutes. Pour the bubble into a strainer and rinse with cold water. For 100g of bubble put 30ml sugar syrup or honey.
  2. Make the black tea: In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water and tea. Bring to a boil, brew the tea for 30 minutes then remove the pan from the heat and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  3. Assemble the boba milk tea: 250ml of tea + 50g Non-Dairy creamer + 40ml caramel syrup + 25ml condense milk. Put in shaking machine, shake for 45 seconds, pour in a cup.
  4. Enjoy!
